Training & Documentation

Does My Department Need Software Training?

More than likely the answer is YES! Frequently, we run into staff members-at all levels-who unknowingly conduct business the "hard way" because they have not been trained on the applications that can best facilitate their electronic workflow.

Others have basic knowledge of an application, but remain unaware of many time-saving advanced features. As a result, employees often spend hours each week unknowingly wasting valuable time struggling with their software.

What Training Does My Department Need?

We can help you determine what training is appropriate for you and for your colleagues. You can arrange to have one of our training and curriculum specialists visit your area and assess which classes are needed.

After reviewing your area's electronic workflow, the Training & Documentation Department will prepare a written needs assessment, outlining our recommendations.

Will My Department Be Trained As a Group

In most cases we will recommend that your department register for our open classes. In some instances, however, we may need to tailor our curriculum to meet your specific needs. If that is the case, we are happy to dedicate a session, or series of sessions, specifically for you and your department.
